Exedra Hotel Cappadocia

Exedra, which has succeeded in bringing together the stones with the green and transforming all indoor and outdoor spaces into tasteful living spaces with original touches, has been hosting guests since 2014. Increasing its regulars every year, the hotel has started its journey with 26 rooms and continues with 84 rooms since 2017.

The first step taken with the purchase of a single mansion, today it has grown to cover 6 acres and cover a neighborhood. While the hotel was shaped with the restorations made in accordance with the original, a chapel was found during the construction. This nice surprise inspired the name, and based on the fact that important speeches and decisions were made here in the past; In ancient Rome, it was called 'Exedra', which means the meeting and discussion place of philosophers.

The hotel, which is connected to each other by arches and stone stairs, rising from floor to floor and thus having plenty of open air spaces, was formed by the combination of 142 houses and 3 mansions. The courtyards become beautiful with the scent of lavender and the romance of candles. It has 3 indoor and 1 outdoor restaurants of different sizes. The cellar has an elegant atmosphere and the chapel has an impressive atmosphere that will make you feel like you are on the set of the movie.

All rooms are different from each other. There is also a special room for those who want to experience the atmosphere of the cave, and for those who want to wake up by watching the balloons float… In addition to the suite with a swimming pool, it is possible to enjoy the options with a jacuzzi, hammam or fireplace, or in the spa center. In some rooms, you can see the sections used as a winery in the past or the handcrafted wooden cabinets made on the walls. Many old items and antique pieces are also on display throughout the hotel.

Wooden carved doors and carved headboards are made by local masters. Carved doors belonging to the houses in the region were used in many places. The hotel also has an inspiring atmosphere for business meetings; 2 separate meeting rooms are suitable for small groups to work. There is a delightful rock-carved spa center to relieve the tiredness of the day.

When you are a guest at Exedra, you watch the view of Mount Erciyes embraced by the clouds, and find the splendor of Ortahisar Castle, one of the largest fairy chimneys, right next to you. The Balkan Creek Valley lies in front of you, your ears are resting in silence and you realize that you have come to a complete refreshment stop.
